At Pooja Paath Jyotish, we strive to provide authentic and satisfactory pooja booking and vastu consultation services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed.

Service Nature
All our services are spiritual and time-based in nature, including pooja bookings and consultation services. Once a service is scheduled and resources are allocated, it involves preparation, time commitment, and arrangements by our team and pandits.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may request a cancellation after booking a service. Cancellations made at least 24–48 hours prior to the scheduled pooja or consultation may be eligible for a partial or full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may not be eligible for any refund due to prior arrangements and commitments.
Once the pooja or consultation has been initiated or completed, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Refund Policy
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the timing of cancellation and nature of the service. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
In case of any service-related issue or dissatisfaction, customers are encouraged to contact us, and we will review the matter on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Refundable Services
Certain services may be non-refundable, including:

  • Same-day pooja bookings

  • Completed pooja or consultation services

  • Customized or special ritual arrangements

  • Muhurat consultation once provided

Rescheduling Policy
Customers may request to reschedule their pooja or consultation subject to availability. Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes.

Failure to Attend / No-Show
If the customer is unavailable at the scheduled time or fails to attend the service without prior notice, no refund will be provided.

Company Rights
Pooja Paath Jyotish reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a service due to unavoidable circumstances such as pandit unavailability, natural events, or other unforeseen situations. In such cases, customers will be offered an alternative date or a full/partial refund.
