Service Delivery Timeline
All services are delivered as per the scheduled date and time selected during booking. Customers are advised to book in advance to ensure availability of preferred muhurat and pandit.

Pooja Service Delivery
For pooja bookings, our assigned pandit will reach the provided location at the scheduled time and perform the rituals as per Vedic traditions. Customers are expected to ensure that the location and basic arrangements are ready prior to the scheduled time.

Consultation Delivery
Vastu or astrology consultations are conducted either in person or via phone/video call at the scheduled time. Customers must be available during the agreed time slot to avoid delays.

Shipping of Pooja Samagri
If pooja samagri (ritual materials) is included in the service, it may be delivered to the customer’s address. Delivery timelines generally range between 3–7 business days within India, depending on location and availability.

Shipping Charges
Any applicable shipping or delivery charges will be communicated at the time of booking. Charges may vary based on location, urgency, and type of service or materials required.

Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, transportation issues, or public holidays. In such cases, we will inform you and reschedule if necessary.
